1. Absolutely NO KIDS and NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS if not being serviced.

2.  Deposits are Non-refundable.  In any case that you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify me 24 hours in advance and your deposit will be credited to your next service.

3.  CASH ONLY! Due to the severity of scam artists floating around, there is a strict cash only policy for balance due to for all services.

4.  Please arrive with your hair and extensions clean and free of any thread to be ready to install (if you need a wash please select it as an add-on to your selected service).
